Payroll System Implamentation Specialist
Description Key Responsibilities: + Lead or assist with the implementation and configuration of payroll systems within ERP platforms. + Analyze and assess client needs to recommend efficient payroll solutions. + Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize payroll processes and ensure system alignment with organizational goals. + Provide on-site and remote training for end-users to maximize system utilization. + Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related payroll issues, and coordinate with vendors, if necessary. + Create detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and training materials. + Stay current on payroll trends, compliance requirements, and ERP system updates. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Proven experience with ERP systems implementation, preferably in payroll modules (examples include Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar platforms). + Strong knowledge of payroll workflows, reporting, and compliance regulations. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. + Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP or FPC) or ERP systems is a plus.
