System One is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst for an organization in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a t least 5 years of functional/technical experience including an understanding of the processes supporting a payroll system or an equivalent combination or education and experience. Oracle Cloud experience is required for this role. JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan, optimize, configure, and maintain payroll systems; oversee training initiatives. Provide analytical expertise to payroll and other related departments, and jointly plan for updates, implementation, and organizational change management of new functionality. Payroll Systems Analyst Responsibilities Include: + Works with payroll and finance leadership team and other key stakeholders to develop payroll systems strategy in Oracle Fusion. + Develops overall implementation plan for payroll system updates and releases for core and coordinates with IT and payroll to ensure a timely implementation of updates and releases. + Identifies, investigates, and determines technical and procedural problems, issues, and circumstances and conduct remedies for resolution. Payroll Systems Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or other related field. + At least 5 years of functional/technical experience including an understanding of the processes supporting a payroll system or an equivalent combination or education and experience. Oracle Cloud experience required. + Knowledge of enterprise-wide Oracle payroll systems, including configuration. + Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. + Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. + Experience working in a multi-state or global payroll environment.
