Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Tax Analyst II to join our dynamic payroll tax team. This role supports the day-to-day tax functions of payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax reporting and withholding.

Key Responsibilities:

Review employee tax set up for accuracyRecord, research, monitor, and resolve agency tax noticesRegister tax jurisdictionsResearch and collaborate with the payroll team to resolve employee inquiries/casesAssist in the analysis and accuracy of tax withholding and reportingStay aligned with payroll tax compliance laws and regulationsProcess wage garnishments

Key Competency Requirements:

2+ years multi-state/large corporation payroll tax experienceExhibit accuracy and attention to detailEffective interpersonal skills both written and verbalAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent customer serviceStrong analytical ability and critical thinkingBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience with ADP software and Workday preferredAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, adapt well to changing priorities, and work on various initiatives concurrentlyHighly ethical and ability to work with sensitive and confidential data
