What you will be doing
The PBM Services Technician works under the direction of the Manger PBM Operations to handle inquiries and issues from clients, pharmacies, and members.
The position will be based in Boise, ID.
Main responsibilities
Receive and resolve member questions Utilize on-line claim adjudication system to resolve pharmacy claim transmission and member coverage issues Effect changes in member eligibility through manual entry in claims system Create mailings to members and providers for eligibility cards and billings Create client specific brochures or member communication templates Process reimbursements to members for cash prescriptions
What we are searching for
High school diploma or GED Pharmacy Technician Training Certificate preferred 1-2 years member services, pharmacy technician, or PBM experience Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, Access, Excel, and Word
