What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What is your role and surroundings?

 

We are looking for an PC&L Improvement Coordinator VIE who will provide support to the Clean Mobility NAO Division, and who will be based in Columbus, IN – USA. 

 

The mission will last 18 months.

 

What will be your main missions?

Be accountable for the deployment of the BG/Group supply chain basicsDrive improvement initiatives to achieve inventory flex targets Implement standard processes (including KPI’s setting, tools development, trainings, and adherence to standards PDCA follow-upPrepare and lead the workshops in plants, divisions with strong focus on costs optimization.Analyze the performance of the PCL KPIs on RBU perimeter Rollout supply chain standards in line with the FES & PCL requirementsOrganize workshops in the plants or region

What you need to join us?

Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain.Previous supply chain experience is advantageous.English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world
