Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to provide comprehensive technical support to our customers. This role involves resolving technical issues related to PCs, mobile devices, hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and LAN. The successful candidate will offer omni-channel support in both home office and field environments, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Utilize expertise in PC, mobile device, hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and LAN to resolve technical issues and provide implementation support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Deliver omni-channel technical support in a dynamic environment, effectively multitasking and prioritizing efforts as needed.
+ Conduct initial client experience consultations, applying functional and technical knowledge to analyze problems, develop solutions, and test fixes to resolve issues at the first action whenever possible.
+ Pursue more complex assignments and issue resolution to gain experience and become a multi-functional technical domain specialist in both field and home office technology support.
+ Identify process and service improvement opportunities with a continuous learning and improvement mindset. Collaborate with experienced team members to drive innovation and implement ideas where possible.
+ Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams. Participate in temporary project and support assignments as needed.
+ Leverage experience, communication channels, and knowledge management to execute processes and resolve issues while engaging and setting client expectations about the technology environment. Offer ideas to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or a significant amount of directly-related work experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years of technical help desk experience.
+ Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware and software, including proficiency in using software support tools.
+ Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written, that translate effectively in home office and field environments. Ability to communicate succinctly and understandably at all levels based on the audience.
+ Professional image that aligns with the vision of future service and the ability to provide multi-channel support in a constantly evolving technology environment.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to quickly establish rapport and build a distinctive client experience.
+ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
+ Initiative and motivation, including a willingness to share feedback to drive process improvement.
+ Keen attention to detail, including proficiency in concise and understandable ticket documentation.
+ Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
