Provide break/fix support for networked and stand alone devices. 1 to 3 years technical experience in an environment that is customer focused. Experience in Healthcare environment is preferred. Hands on experience in installation, repair and troubleshooting of PC’s, printers, and network devices. Must possess a Valid Massachusetts Drivers License and reliable vehicle. Meditech experience strongly preferred. BS Degree in Computers, or equivalent technical experience. At least one Microsoft Certification Required
