PC Technician

Description:
We have an immediate need for a Desktop Specialist with around 2 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and installing PCs, printers, desktops, etc. Memorial is also looking for someone who has experience supporting O365, Microsoft Teams, Windows 10, etc.
This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
Technical Skills:
This person will provide technical support and troubleshooting, assistance, and ticket resolution for personal computers, iOS devices, peripherals, and wireless networking.
Monitor and prioritize ticket que. Memorial uses Solarwinds as their ticketing system.
Utilize their installation checklist to document installs and set ups for hardware equipment.
Microsoft Teams support – this team gets a lot of tickets from end users who are wanting to know how to use Microsoft Teams so this person needs to have the ability to troubleshoot and walk users through how to use it.
O365 - This person will help distribute licenses, troubleshoot error messages, wireless PC issues, send out remote updates, etc. Some remote updates that are sent out don’t always complete right away so this person will have to go to their PC and troubleshoot the issue.
Other standard desktop related issues that arise. Could be hardware or software issues so this person needs to have the ability to troubleshoot and asks the right questions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Also looking for someone who can mesh well with the team, has a positive attitude and personality, willing to learn and be trained on hospital systems, retain the knowledge they’ve been taught, on time every day, good customer service skills, etc.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $21.15
