Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Hospitality industry located in Houston, Texas, for a PC Technician. As a PC Technician, your role will involve operating a variety of equipment necessary for live events, such as video, audio, and lighting tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of live shows. Responsibilities: • Utilize Linux and Dell technologies to set up and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment for live events. • Leverage your skills in computer hardware and Mac computers to ensure the smooth running of all technical aspects during live shows. • Apply your knowledge of cable installation to set up and dismantle equipment before and after events. • Utilize IBM and backup technologies to maintain and troubleshoot equipment as necessary. • Use active directory and AB testing skills to optimize the performance of the live shows. • Manage Apple devices and other related equipment to ensure their proper functioning during the event. • Maintain a high standard of quality control for all live shows through the effective use of the equipment.
