Description We are seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our team, providing comprehensive support for IT Warehouse and Deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/Technology roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, and Hardware Fulfillment. Responsibilities: + Adhere to all company policies and procedures. + Manage and resolve tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system. + Fulfill warehouse requests, check in inventory, and ship hardware based on IT hardware requests. + Maintain and update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware. + Recover equipment, including picking up computers, mobility devices, and peripherals from onsite locations. + Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather necessary information. + Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users. + Process incoming returned equipment and adhere to data retention practices. + Deploy computer peripherals and set up monitors. + Image computers as needed. Requirements: + Must possess a valid driver’s license. + 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Stockroom activities. + 2 years of experience in computer support. + Proficiency with MS Office 365 and associated applications. + Familiarity with Incident Management Applications (ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM). Preferred Qualifications: + Associate Degree. + CompTIA A+ certification.
