As a PC Technician II, your primary function is to provide technical support for in house requirements such as resolving PC hardware and software problems, and move and/or update existing PC hardware as required. You will also install, modify, and make minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems.

Job Description

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

You will contribute by:

Troubleshooting and maintaining operating systems and software on desktop computers.

Providing Level 1 support for hardware and software across approximately 250 desktop workstations.

Diagnosing and repairing desktop hardware and peripherals, including network cards, sound cards, microphones, speakers, power supplies, memory, motherboards, processors, internal and external faxes, and modems.

Training and assisting users with a wide variety of software applications.

Installing necessary software packages, such as operating systems and other programs required by management.

Communicating updates, status, and completion information to the manager, tracking system, and/or users through voicemail, email, or in-person interactions.

Assigning, documenting, and maintaining computer login codes, passwords, and user profiles for software applications, network access, and telecommunications systems.

We’re searching for candidates with:

Experience with PC hardware and software.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and cloud technology.

0-2 years of industry experience.
