PCA Manufacturing Technician III
**Job Description** Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. This position will be working closely with the Printed Circuit Card Assembly Process owners. In this role you will be responsible for the following: + Review technical work documents (blueprints, schematics, drawings) to create work instructions for assigned circuit assembly cards. + Updating existing work instructions/documents as needed. + Work closely with PCA (Printed Circuit Card Assembly) Operators and engineers. + Collect data as it pertains to the PCA processes to drive continues improvement within work documents. + Technical writing is a major of this role. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent education certificate. + 2 years of Manufactuing experience preferably in Printed Circuit Card Assembly (PCA). + Candidate must be able to interpret blueprints and schematics. + Ability to communicate both written and verbally. + Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with use of Surface Mount process equipment (Dek, Pick and Place, Ovens, AOI). + Select/Wave solder operations along with Conformal Coat, among other areas of the PCA department. + Windchill, FLX, Oracle experience + Ability to work autonomously **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $49600 - $79400 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
