**Job Title: PCB Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a PCB Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, assemblies, and modules by working from samples, visual aids, wiring lists, and process sheets. The role requires a high degree of care and attention to detail, as well as the ability to identify workmanship and material defects. **Responsibilities** + Read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications used in the manufacturing of PCBs. + Identify workmanship and material defects in touch-up and assembly areas and suggest basic changes to improve operations. + Perform tasks with a high degree of care and attention to detail while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. + Assemble electronic components, assemblies, and modules from samples, visual aids, wiring lists, and process sheets. + Maintain accurate material control within the work area. + Perform inspection of your own work in the immediate working unit. + Provide timely feedback to other operations, management, and support engineering as appropriate. + Follow and maintain accurate process documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience with PCB assembly. + Proficiency in reading and following blueprints. + Skilled in using hand power tools. + Experience with assembly and repair tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to identify workmanship and material defects. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and within a team environment. **Why Work Here?** + 401K match, and health, dental, and vision insurance. + Our company values work-life balance and provides a supportive work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
