PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled PCB Component Processing Technician with expertise in CS-400 automated equipment to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Tucson.  Must-Have Skills

Experience with PCB component processing, automated machinery, or similar manufacturing equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude for machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of PCB assembly, through-hole technology, and soldering processes.

Ability to identify and correct defects in component preparation.

Proficiency in manufacturing documentation and quality control procedures.

4–5 years of experience in PCB assembly or related manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust automated equipment for component processing.

Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and component datasheets.

Verify component dimensions and alignment using precision measuring tools.

Inspect processed components to ensure compliance with PCB assembly standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Maintain accurate process documentation and follow workflow standards.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or experience is a plus.

4-5 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.

Proficiency with assembly processes, soldering specifications, and operating test equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
