**Job Title** : Electronics PCB Quality Technician **Location** : Madison, AL **Schedule** : Monday to Thursday, 4-10s (4 ten-hour shifts) **Job Type** : Full-time **Job Summary** : We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics PCB Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) using X-ray equipment to identify defects and ensure high-quality standards are met. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring that they meet customer specifications. **Responsibilities** : + Perform X-ray inspections of PCBs to identify defects such as voids, misalignments, and soldering issues. + Document findings and report defects to the production team. + Ensure that all boards meet quality standards and customer specifications. + Conduct thorough inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues. + Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and test results. **Requirements** : + Previous experience with PCB inspection or quality control is preferred. + Familiarity with X-ray inspection equipment and techniques is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small defects. + Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. + Basic understanding of electronics and PCB assembly processes. + Ability to follow strict safety protocols. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
