PCBA Manufacturing Engineer

Ford EVDD is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 7+ years in PCBA design and manufacturing.

• Proven track record of delivering millions of PCBAs.

• Ability to write detailed process documents.

What you’ll be able to do:

• Review in-house PCBA power-electronics and low-voltage electronic design.

• Develop DFM processes and design guidelines for PCBA.

• Develop supplier quality standards and guidelines.

• Ensure delivery of low cost, high reliable PCB designs.
