Territory: Fort Worth, Desoto, Addison Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know PCS Community Liaison Responsibilities: The community Liaison will collaborate with community leaders to build positive relationships for our branches. Responsible for achieving brand awareness and community education driving referral and recruiting objectives, within an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing and developing, and maintaining relationships with managed care accounts and other referral sources to achieve volume and revenue goals Collaborate with operations management to establish objective for the expansion of partnerships Qualifications PCS Community Liaison Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred One or more years' of experience as a community Liasion or Account Manager preferred Home Care and Home Health background preferred
