Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Client Care Liaison Responsibilities Responsible for achieving brand awareness and community education driving referral and recruiting objectives, within an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with managed care accounts and other referral sources to achieve volume and revenue goals. The Community Liaison will collaborate with community leaders to build positive relationships for our branches. This role is key to ensure long-term profitable growth for PCS and position AccentCare as the local subject matter expert on Personal Care Services. Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case/client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors Communicate scheduling and/or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed Qualifications Client Care Liaison Qualifications Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable High School or GED required Bi-Lingual English/Spanish required
