Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- Procure to pay

Responsibilities
• Perform daily invoice allocation and ticket allocation tasks; follow-up on pending invoices (workflow tool)
• Perform invoice compliance check and follow-up with local finance teams for exception resolution
• Follow-up with VMD or Purchasing departments for query solving in order to book invoices accurately
• Query resolution for both suppliers, local finance teams and internal Genpact teams
• Vendor account reconciliation – if required
• Month-End reporting
• Month End activities for Intercompany invoices – if required
• Investigate Vendors Debit/Credit Balance – if required
• Manual and Automatic Payments - if required
• TE posting according to the existing procedure
• Identify and implement Lean ideas for improving and standardizing the process
• Other responsibilities requested by the manager

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

• Language: Spanish (C1) and English (B2)
• Accounting knowledge – beginner level;
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and self-starter
