JR68071 PDE METRO RDA SHIFT LEAD ENGINEER (DAY/NIGHT)

As a (Senior) Engineer in PDE (Package Development & Engineering) at Micron, you will be working with a team of other process and equipment engineers & Technician responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing NPI processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on NPI Inspection & Measurement Recipes, Equipment performance improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. 

Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out equipment optimization, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline qualifications, and collaborating closely with OEM suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives. This position needs to embrace continuous improvement and seeking ways to enhance operations, while raising awareness of process anomalies by recognizing and communicating issues promptly, ensures a proactive approach. Leveraging inline process signals to drive process improvements using real-time data, alongside exploring new inspection tools and strategies for earlier problem detection and source identification, fosters innovation. Innovating with existing tools by developing techniques to identify relevant process issues, managing image classification models to enable automated reporting systems, and collaborating with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites, are all integral to advancing the MRDA area.
