This position will be responsible for managing a product’s lifecycle from inception through design, manufacturing, sales, service, and product retirement; partnering with the Sales and Engineering teams in creating customized and standard product information materials generated from CAD drawings and other documents; and creating and maintaining the product item master data while ensuring adherence to all manufacturing and engineering standards. What you will be doing: + Creation and maintenance of product item master data; including, but not limited to, part number, brand name, part description, vendor information, unit of measure, and category codes within the ERP system. + Creation and maintenance of all products bill of material, production work cell routings, and item locations within the ERP system. + Establish custom item base pricing that meets current guidelines for quoting and final sale purposes. + A strong understanding of product configurations and applications as it relates to the manufacture and sale of said product. + A general understanding of manufacturing production work cell capabilities. + Data building within Microsoft Excel and data extraction from the ERP system for projects related to product data including, but not limited to, Engineering Change Requests. + Cross departmental collaboration on various projects including, but not limited to, New Product Development. The skills and experience you need: + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Data entry + Excellent critical thinking skills + Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills + Detail oriented + Able to remain flexible and execute autonomously with only general strategic direction, but also work as a part of a team based on project requirements + Willingness to take on varied tasks and work to expand skill set in line with business requirements + Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or construction is a plus + Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers + Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus + Ability to understand and interoperate CAD drawings and other associated documents This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
