Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Leader to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our PDS professionals. This role is crucial in driving employee growth, improving performance, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the PDS business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan aligned with the PDS business objectives and industry trends.
Assess training needs across the PDS organization and design tailored programs to address skill gaps and enhance competencies.
Create and deliver engaging training content using various methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leadership to ensure training programs are relevant, up-to-date, and effective.
Manage training technologies to streamline program delivery and track progress.
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, continually refining the framework to optimize adoption of PMO initiatives and tools. When necessary, take on the role of change manager for specific projects to ensure successful implementation.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and report on their impact.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into PDS programs.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to align L&D initiatives with broader organizational goals and talent management strategies.
Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the PDS division.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful L&D programs in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Knowledge of project management and real estate development concepts is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
140,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
