Mission of the Role: To develop a strong PDTL while mastering engineering discipline skills to be able to successfully deliver Engineering deliverables of assigned Project. 

Key Objectives of this Role:  

Learn Product Development Process and deliverables 

Preparation for System Engineering Gate Reviews 

Preparation for Customer Specific Sample Deliveries 

Preparation for Program Gate Reviews 

Coordination of Prototype builds for on time delivery 

Identify improvement areas 

 

Key Performance Indicators:  

Weekly progress report of assigned tasks 

Successful completion of Gates and evidence of deliverables 

Delivery of Prototype builds as per plan 

Feedback from stakeholders 

 

Key Deliverables:  

Evidence showing full understanding of assigned processes and tasks to be able to lead a Project as a PDTL 

Prepare Presentation summarizing accomplished tasks aligned with the objective assignment  

Deliver Presentation to various levels of management including the Executive Leadership. 

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and preferably working towards master’s degree in engineering. 

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 

Ability to independently perform assignments without continuous supervision
