The Lead is responsible for continuously improving the employee experience within the Business Unit, driving and enabling self-service, flagging key BU requirements as well as building strong relationships with BU and PS stakeholders.  
Ensures global vision, brand and identity of People Services are tailored to the needs of their BU .
Collaborates across the BU to ensure People Services strategy is aligned to the BU needs and drives the strategy implementation at BU level.
Provides guidance and leadership to the PE Advisors to support service delivery and manages consistency within the BUs.
Provides leadership and direction to the BU Squad consistent of PE advisors and My Work & Life Events Advisors.

How you will contribute

Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the Business UnitActs as a key interface between the business unit and shared service centre; promoting self-service, flagging BU requirements to SSC and advising the Business on SSC support
Leads BU Squads consisting of local People Experience Advisors, Talent Acquisition Lead/ Advisors as well as centrally located Employee Life Events teams to ensure BU needs are met in an efficient and effective wayLeads and oversees Employee Relations service delivery where not supported by Shared Services/ delivered by the People Experience AdvisorsPromotes the HR operating model within the BU and seeks the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience Acts as point of escalation for BU Leadership TeamUses Business Unit knowledge to identify specific BU requirements and applies this in service deliveryUnderstands the wider support network including Capability team, EX team, Service Management, etc. and works with them to satisfy specific BU requirementsAccountable for delivery in/by their BU Squad of designed (by EtoE Experience Leads) and agreed (with IC) RACF for processes within Core HR and AbsenceResponsible for driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with a employee driven cultureTakes a continuous improvement focus to ensure great employee experience for all employees within a BU as well as more and more efficient service delivery

Working in a project-driven organizationManaging multiple and diverse stakeholdersDegree and 7 years+ experience in People Team (FMCG, Global business) -  People Lead/Centre of Excellence perferredChange management and governance processesInfluencing and communicating with othersPresentation skillsCompliance and controls (experience in audits or part of programs where compliance is important)Working effectively in a constantly changing environment and using initiative and personal resourcefulnessFluency in German and English language

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
