This individual will assist the Anti-Human Trafficking Response Coordinator and Social Justice Representative, supporting the needs of the Pearl Essence program. The associate will manage several tasks simultaneously while collaborating with team on ideas for expansion and growth. Associate must be ready and willing to perform duties independently.

Responsibilities Provide direct assistance to the Anti-Human Trafficking Response Coordinator and Social Justice Representative Prepare, recruit, and facilitate outreach trainings to increase Pearl Essence volunteer base Organize, facilitate, and participate in Pearl Essence monthly outreaches Organize, facilitate, and participate in Outreach DebriefsFacilitate communications between law enforcement partners and emergency housing clientsAssist with client case support as neededCompile data and complete monthly statistics Participate in task force meetings around the Greater New York Division as assignedCollaborate and secure resources for survivors with external partners and service providersKnowledge of trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and unconditional positive regard Ability to work efficiently under pressure and complete duties in timely mannerAbility to work flexible hours during outreach weeks and be available for crisis situations  Qualifications High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Social Work preferredPrevious experience and skills in administrative work Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPrevious experience with team leadership and working with volunteersPrevious experience with training volunteers on program requirementsPrevious experience with anti-human trafficking work preferredValid driver’s licenseFlexible work schedule Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
