Pay $79,000 - $114,000 annually 

The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of OT/PT/Speech staff working in the preschool program.  Responsible for evaluating services provided in the area of therapy, delivery, IEP development and effectiveness of services provided.  Also responsible for recruitment, scheduling and annual appraisals. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

Supervision of Therapeutic Staff working in the preschool program. Evaluation of Quality of Services provided. Ensures annual appraisals are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for Recruitment of Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists. Responsible for scheduling and placement of all Therapists across all preschool sites. Responsible for Staff and Professional Development. Establish a work environment that creates positive communication between supervisors and employees and assimilates new employees to the Agency’s culture, values and mission. Serve on Agency and program committees as directed. Provide management and oversight to process development and collaborations. Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards

 

Qualifications

Specific BA / BS in field of Therapy plus License in NYS for OT/PT/ST At least 3 year(s) of related experience, specifically in delivery of therapeutic services Ability to lift and/or assist individuals in your care and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the specific job. Must have NYS Driver’s License
