Responsibilities The Golisano Children's Hospital Pediatric Infusion Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for an exciting leadership role offering exceptional healthcare services in a fast-paced clinic setting providing care to children with a variety of specialty infusion needs. This role will function collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary leadership team to help improve clinic workflows, efficiencies, and patient care management. This position will also support the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinic RNs with flow optimization and acute patient care clinic needs. Strong communication skills required; must be able to navigate discussions cross-culturally with staff, children, and families. A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated clinical expertise. BSN required. Pediatric and/or acute care experience preferred. **Qualifications** Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience.
