Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advicePerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, and fill in patients’ chartsAdjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s ordersProvide instant medical care in emergenciesFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of PennsylvaniaPhysical within past six (6) monthsCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMinimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.Possess exceptional nursing assessment skillsLicensed driver with proof of automobile insuranceAbility to work on weekends, nights and holidaysReliable transportationMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
