Gundersen Health System in La Crosse and Onalaska, WI is seeking a Pediatric nurse practitioner to join its established outpatient general pediatrics team. You will be joining our outpatient pediatric practice consisting of 11 physicians and 8 associate staff.
Practice Highlights:
MD PNP shared practice model
Newborn to adolescent care
Provide pediatric care in a medical home setting
Well and acute care as well as chronic medical problem management
Opportunity to precept PNP students
Monthly journal club and radiology rounds as well as PNP meeting and section head meetings
Rotates through Saturday newborn clinic and Holidays
Care team includes a dedicated integrated behavioral health provider, lactation consultants, pediatric RNs, pediatric medical assistants and on-site social work.
Gundersen Health System Pediatrics consists of our outpatient generalist team, several board-certified subspecialists, pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, neonatologists, pediatric emergency care, and many pediatric specific surgical specialists.
Our staff enjoys a collaborative relationship with a wide range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists, including a dedicated Pediatric Hospital Service, PICU and NICU.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
