Pediatric Occupational Therapist- EI/Preschool

Details about this opportunity: 

Fee for Service after-school availability, flexible scheduling! Compensation:  EI: $64-$75/hour– full case load potential of approximately $150,000/year Preschool: $70/hour– full case load potential of approximately $100,000/year Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.  Riverhead, NY (home/sensory gym/preschools) Early Intervention and Preschool Aged Children  Multiple positions available

Responsibilities: 

 

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals  Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews

 

 

About You:

 And this background: 

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy  Current New York State Occupational Therapy License  Bilingual is a plus
