Cook Children's Health Care System, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has initiated a national search for a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon who has a demonstrable proficiency in all aspects of Pediatric Plastic Surgery to join our new Medical Center in Prosper, Texas. This is an opportunity to join a well-established team of three full-time and one part-time Pediatric Plastic Surgeons supported by Advanced Practice Providers as they attend to patients presenting with the entire spectrum of simple and complex pediatric plastic diagnoses. Cook Children’s is committed to securing a Plastic Surgeon whose professional, social, and economic interests would lend themselves to a long-term fit within the patient focused culture present within our institution, medical staff, and community
Minimum qualifications
The applicant must have completed a recognized Pediatric Surgery Residency with demonstrable exposure to the pediatric population, (a case list is required), and be board certified/board eligible in Plastic Surgery. Must be qualified to obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencing employment. Physicians must have American Heart Association certification in PALS and BLS.
