Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Architect
Description Citizens’ innovative Decisioning Center of Excellence within the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization is seeking a Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Analyst (LDA) with a winning track record for implementing, developing, testing, and supporting decisioning software solutions that meet the business requirements and drive business outcomes. The LDA will work across several business channels with teammates to assure Pega logic development standards and consistencies are maintained, leading peer reviews and leading code reviews. The LDA will develop solutions based on business requirements or modify current solutions to meet changing needs and have a wide range of marketing automation experience. They will work closely with our Data Scientists and Product Partners to identify Next Best Customer Actions and the underlying values associated with those actions and participate in the overall NBA strategy development for the bank. The LDA will manage a team of Pega NBA Designers providing application leadership and ensuring that best practices are adopted across the team. Key Responsibilities: + Translate business requirements and offer information into decisioning software logic designs. + Write the programming code, customize decisioning application software, and perform appropriate quality assurance checks before handing it over to QA Team. + Assist with unit testing and integration testing of new or modified business logic. + Maintain the required reference data for executing the decisioning logic, including offer/action compatibility. + Resolving inquiries and service for the screening, prioritization, and resolution of production defects. + Assist in diagnosing application issues. + Assist in creating post-implementation support documentation. + Run queries to analyze customer interactions and take actions to mitigate anomalies. + Manage a plan or schedule of offer and rule updates and deployment timings. + Provide advice/support for the development of training programs. + Proactively identify own training needs. + Assist in the development of a catalogue of Next Best Action + Manage, mentor, and lead a team of high performing Pega NBA Designers Qualifications: Key Skills & Competencies: + Pega Certification of Pega Decisioning Consultant and Lead Decisioning Architect (Preferred) + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, required + Development experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) including Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications + Creating and developing rules, propositions and rulesets with Pega Customer Decision Hub + Basic understanding of SQL, json, and real-time decisioning + Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Delivery Process + Understanding of the principles behind Object-Oriented programming languages + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to summarize data into high-level themes + Knowledge of Agile methodology + 4+ years of experience in inbound marketing/marketing technology utilizing Pega Customer Decision Hub Preferred Experience + Experience with setting adaptive models and measuring performance. + Experience with BOE, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, 1:1 Operations Manager, etc. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Clear and concise writing and verbal skills + Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Equal Employment Opportunity Citizens, its parent, subsidiaries, and related companies provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all colleagues and applicants for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, citizenship, physical or mental disability or perceived disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, genetic information, genetic characteristic, marital or domestic partner status, victim of domestic violence, family status/parenthood, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, pregnancy/childbirth/lactation, colleague’s or a dependent’s reproductive health decision making, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state and/or local laws.
