The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale Java-centric systems and working with Pega banking/insurance frameworks. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Pega architecture, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and implement **Pega PRPC solutions (v6.x/v7.x)** to meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality and scalable applications. + Work with **Pega banking/insurance frameworks** to develop process automation solutions tailored to industry-specific needs. + Perform **end-to-end application development** , including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. + Collaborate with **business analysts, stakeholders, and architects** to gather and refine application requirements. + Develop and maintain **PL/SQL scripts and Unix/Linux shell scripts** to support backend operations and data processing. + Optimize and troubleshoot **Oracle/MS SQL databases** to ensure efficient application performance. + Work with **J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java)** or other object-oriented programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, CSS) for integration and frontend development. + Ensure adherence to **best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines** in application development. + Participate in **code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing** to ensure high performance and reliability. + Provide **technical support, documentation, and training** as needed to assist end-users and other developers **Qualifications** + At least **4 years** of experience in in depth hand’s on **application** **development experience in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x and Pega banking/Insurance frameworks** + At least **5 years** of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems + Should be certified **CSSA/CLSA in Pega PRPC v7.x/6.x** **Preferred** + At least 2 years’ experience in **PL/SQL and shell (Unix/Linux) scripting** + At least 2 years’ experience in **database Oracle or MS/SQL** + At least 2 years’ experience in either **J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS),** **.Net** or any object oriented programming language _Cayuse is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
