The position
As a PEMS Project Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and developing an effective setup for operational support for PEMS (Production Environmental Monitoring System) across all sites at Novo Nordisk. 
 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement in operational support and training effectiveness. Involve and prepare resources from the Line of Business to bolster the training team setup and ensure operational continuity.  Coordinate, facilitate, and lead training activities for the PEMS training team, while fostering cross-border collaboration with foreign sites for PEMS. Support the development of existing and new corporal training materials across SVP areas. Identify and implement new training improvement projects, as well as design engaging, intuitive, and efficient training content. Drive and facilitate complex global deviations related to operational issues.


Qualifications 
As a person you are open minded with a high level of energy, an outgoing attitude and possess strong communication and collaboration skills. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and respect among colleagues. 
 
To succeed in this role, you:

Have a university degree in engineering, business or similar, with minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities.  Experience with PEMS is an advantage for this position. Are a visionary & set clear directions. Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.  Excel in delegating & empowering others to take action.  Fluency in both oral and written English – Danish is advantageous but not mandatory.

 

You are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You have a proven track record in driving change management and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. You have experience and are confident as a trainer and facilitator. You are flexible and adaptable to communicate with stakeholders and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
 
About the department 
You will join AMSAT Analytical Science and Technology, where 248 colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. You will be part of a team called Laboratory Management Systems where we have very skilled employees handling operational support to the main NN Laboratory Systems: PEMS, LIMS and NN Planner.
