About the role 

We have an exciting 12-month (FTC) opportunity within our Penfolds Marketing Team for Head of Marketing Penfolds, EMEA. Reporting to the Marketing Director Penfolds, this role will lead the strategic development of Penfolds in EMEA, overseeing Brand management, PR communications & Customer Marketing Insights. 

Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategies to drive brand growth. Utilise consumer and market insights to identify opportunities and create targeted programmes. Ensure brand strategies align with business goals while maintaining brand integrity. Create and amplify brand content through paid media for maximum reach and engagement. Measure campaign effectiveness through data analysis, assess ROI/KPIs, and apply learnings for future improvements.

 

About you 

We are seeking an experienced and driven marketing professional with a passion for brand growth & innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing ideas to life through high-quality, strategic solutions.

10 – 12 years brand management experience, with majority in the luxury brands environment Prior experience in both regional / multi-markets and domestic roles, with clear knowledge of UK & Europe markets Proficient experience in budget controls, evaluations, analytics, and interpretation to determine marketing effectiveness and ROIs Strong interpersonal and communication skills; emotionally intelligent and a clear, confident communicator Experience in the Wines & Spirits industry
