Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist (Part-Time/Per Diem)

High Focus Centers in Northeast Philadelphia has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. With comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, High Focus Centers are an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Counselor to support our clients. This would be a fee for service role. Opportunity to work on site or telehealth.

Counselor Position Overview:

Provide individual and/or family counseling to adults and/or adolescents in need of a variety of behavioral health supports Develop individualized treatment plans based on the needs of the individual seeking supports Complete all appropriate and required documentation, therapy notes, and forms for the client and the agency to reflect the progress and services provided to the client. Use Electronic Client Records for data collection, assessments, and other designated purposes. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed for continuity of care Option to provide Group Therapy and facilitate specialty groups like: DBT skills Seeking Safety Mindfulness and Meditation Parenting Skills Maternal and Paternal Wellness LGBTQIA+ Addiction and Recovery Grief and Loss Men’s and Women’s Mental Health Specific Etc.

Compensation & Benefits of Joining the Team:

Pay Range: $40-50 USD, fee for service rate

Clinicians are paid for each billable therapy session completed (contractor 1099, fee for service) Create your desired scheduled - work as little as 15 hours per week or as much as you like! High referral volume and treatment attendance rates

Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:
• Responsible for facilitating groups or individual therapy sessions as determined by and according to program standards.
• Prepares materials for facilitating therapy sessions and/or groups.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff.
• Communicates with referral sources and company representatives.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience:
1) Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD OR PsyD.
2) A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field.
