Pension Fund Support Officer

Our growing team in Brussels provides consulting services to multinational companies managing multi-country pension solutions for their employees. Our core activities include the management and coordination of actuarial, administration, governance, and investment services for cross-border funds, including United Pensions, Aon’s multi-employer pension fund operating in multiple countries Your role As a Pension Fund Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting P ension F und M anagers by: + Planning and Coordination + Scheduling quarterly Board meetings and managing all practical arrangements. + Preparing publications and uploading documents using online tools. + Monitoring and managing invoices. + Stakeholder Collaboration + Acting as a point of contact for the accountant and other stakeholders. + Ensuring compliance with legal reporting requirements. + Assisting auditors during pension fund audits and providing all necessary documentation. + Team Support + Proactively assisting the team in daily operations. + Preparing engaging presentations. Your profile We are looking for a motivated candidate with the following skills and qualifications: + Precision and attention to detail are second nature to you. + Strong administrative skills and excellent organizational abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + A proactive individual who can work independently while contributing positively to the team spirit. + A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Insurance, Economics, or equivalent through experience. + A basic understanding of accounting principles. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Fluency in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English. + Client-oriented, disciplined, and flexible. + Capable of thriving in a high-performing team and effectively managing priorities.
