WTW's Pensions Data Solutions team brings depth of experience and flexible resource to deliver you the right solutions no matter how complex your requirements or large your scheme. No data project is the same and we have experience of creating and delivering solutions for wide ranging issues and a varied customer base.

Pensions Data Solutions delivers the right, cost-effective solutions for the following:

Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) projects Auditing data, benefits and calculations Bulk data rectification and benefit (re-)construction Data cleansing and improving electronic data

The Role 

Join WTW as a Pensions Data Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing bulk calculations and working with a skilled, diverse team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in defined benefits pensions, strong numerical and analytical skills, and a familiarity with modern software. 

You'll also need strong organizational abilities and some pension project administration or pension project analysis or pension project management experience to support your pension technical skills. Familiarity with bulk pension corrections, data auditing, and cleansing is highly desirable. An interest in programming and creating tech-driven solutions is a big plus.

This role is ideal for someone who combines pension technical expertise with excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

This is hybrid role which can be based out of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham. Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office.

The Requirements

Pension Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit (DB) Pension arrangements, including data cleansing, pensions data, etc.Pension Projects: Proven experience in working pension projects or workstreams within set deadlines.GMP Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP Equalisation, Rectification, or related topics.Manual benefit calculations and pension processes.Experience creating bulk solutions for correcting pension data or performing scheme calculations is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to explain complex or technical pension-related issues clearly to various audiences.Comfortable working independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment.A self-starter with a curious mindset who works well with minimal supervision.
