People Acquisition Officer
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tech & Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technical recruitment, as well as experience handling large-scale hiring for operations, customer service, and finance roles. Key Responsibilities: + Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (e.g., customer service representatives, finance associates, operations staff). + Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals. + Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans. + Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit. + Coordinate and manage bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events. + Work closely with HR and business leaders to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire. + Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of tech talent for future hiring needs. + Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both tech and high-volume hiring. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field. + Fluency in English, both spoken and written (CEFR C1) + Proven experience in both tech recruitment and mass hiring (minimum of 3 years preferred). + Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions and business units. + Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and technical screening. + Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
