The Worlds Largest Search Engine is Seeking a **People Analyst IV** in **Boston** !
This position works with the care team to develop quality measures, operationalize technical specifications, and create reports and dashboards tailored to the care team’s needs.
**Role Title** : Practice Clinical Quality Data Analyst
**Duration** : 6 months, with possible 6-month extension
**Work Location** : Hybrid (Boston, MA)
**Work Schedule** : Normal business hours in the time zone they are based in (~9-5)
**Pay** : $79.75-$106.48
**Project Overview** :
This role supports OMS, LLC and Onduo PC by developing quality reporting and dashboarding to support the care delivery team.
**Top 3 Daily Responsibilities** :
+ Extract data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims databases, and other clinical systems, and develop the data pipeline to efficiently use the data for quality metrics.
+ Utilize statistical software and data visualization tools to analyze clinical quality data.
+ Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality of care, patient safety, and clinical outcomes, contributing to data-driven recommendations for clinical practice improvement.
+ Prepare and automate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to clinical staff, leadership, and other stakeholders.
+ Clearly present complex data in a meaningful and understandable way.
**Required Skills/Experience/Education** :
**Mandatory** :
+ Bachelor's degree in health informatics, statistics, public health (with a concentration in biostatistics or epidemiology), or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data in a clinical or analytical role.
+ Experience with quality improvement methodologies.
+ Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Knowledge of healthcare data standards and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Desired** :
+ Master’s degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related field.
+ Experience extracting data from Athena.
+ Experience working cross-functionally within a large organization.
+ Proficient with Google products and use of technology.
+ Knowledge of quality standards, including NCQA, URAC, and Joint Commission.
+ Prior experience coding HEDIS and other healthcare industry metrics used to benchmark performance.
+ Quality improvement methodologies.
**Pay Details:** $75.00 to $106.00 per hour
