The Role:


The People Analytics Analyst will focus on transforming our People Data to generate actionable insights in the form of reporting packages, dashboards, data pipelines, and much more. We’re seeking an analyst with 2-3 years of People Analytics experience and an interest in HRIS software configuration – specifically Workday. This individual will work closely with our HR and functional leadership teams to strategize, design, and deliver analytics solutions for the global business.


You Will:

Build standardized report libraries for our global and regional HR teams. This will require leading in-depth requirements gathering sessions, advising on design decisions, and delivering flexible solutions that will standardize the way our business reports on People Data.Create data pipelines to join data from multiple systems, including Workday, Cornerstone, and Culture Amp, and build enterprise dashboards in Power BI leveraging insights from each system.Analyze People Data to identify meaningful trends, and visualize these trends for our leaders to enable them to tell the story of headcount movement, hiring trends, and attrition data, among other use cases.Provide recommendations and solutions to automate data transfer and place live & actionable data in the hands of our leadership teams.Work directly with our Chief People Officer, Susan Avelluto, and Vice President of Talent Practices, Dean Carpenter, to develop quarterly presentations for MRI’s Board of Directors.Protect sensitive People Data with comprehensive data security measures and ensure compliance with global and regional data privacy regulations.Troubleshoot irregularities in our data and automate audits to ensure data accuracy in Workday.Work closely with our HRIS team to grow your career in this area, and take on additional responsibilities in our People Systems to configure valuable solutions to our Pride Members, Managers, and Executives.

You Have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in People Analytics – specifically Power BI or a similar toolAdvanced Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Resources, or other relevant fieldsExperience with handling and protecting confidential People DataExperience or Interest with HRIS platforms – Workday experience is a plus, but is not required if familiar with UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.Exceptional communication skills and an ability to “tell the story” surrounding trends. This requires advanced problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex data issues.Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skillsInterest in HRIS configuration, process automation, and software solution developmentAbility to function autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDriven by career growth and development opportunities
