**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Architect to join our team. This role is crucial in transforming HR data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize workforce management.
You will collaborate with HR and other functional teams to drive the analytics roadmap, identify and generate business insights per HR domain, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HR modules, strong analytical skills to understand the business context, and experience in manipulating and presenting complex data sets. Proficiency in **Workday Reporting, Workday People Analytics** and **Prism** is required. Experience in **Power BI and Phyton** is a strong advantage, enabling the creation of dynamic, scalable, and visually impactful analytics solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**HR Analytics and Reporting**
+ Design, develop, and deliver advanced HR reports, dashboards, and analytics leveraging Workday's reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Reports, Worksheets, Dash- & Discovery Boards, BIRT).
+ Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business context and translate them into technical reporting/analytics solutions.
+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR reports and analytics.
**Data Integration and Architecture**
+ Utilize Workday Prism for data blending and advanced analytics.
+ Design scalable architectures for integrating HR data with other business systems and external sources.
+ Maintain and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support robust analytics infrastructure.
**Visualization and Insights**
+ Develop interactive visualizations in various tools to enhance data storytelling and insight generation.
+ Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within workforce data.
**Technical Development and Programming**
+ Leverage Python for data manipulation, advanced analytics, and automation of reporting processes.
+ Collaborate with IT and HRIS to implement innovative solution, address data gaps and troubleshoot issues.
**Strategic Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Act as the subject matter expert on HR data and analytics, advising on best practices and emerging trends.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting.
**Compliance and Governance**
+ Ensure reporting practices comply with internal policies, data privacy standards, and relevant legal regulations.
+ Maintain proper documentation of data models, reporting workflows, and analytics processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience** : Minimum 5 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, with significant expertise in Workday technology.
+ **Technical Skills** :
+ Workday tools: Advanced Reports, Prism Analytics, Worksheets, Dashboards, ect.
+ Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI for creating intuitive dashboards and reports.
+ Programming: Experience in Python for analytics, data integration, or automation is a strong advantage.
+ Strong understanding of HR data models, KPIs, and metrics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
+ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
+ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Background in statistical modeling or advanced analytics techniques.

Salary range:
$91,500.00 - $164,500.00
