Key Responsibilities:
Define People Metrics: Collaborate with various People departments to identify and define the top 5 key people metrics that will drive business decisions.Measurement and Documentation: Establish what metrics to measure, how to measure them, and document the processes involved.Data Analysis: Dive into existing data, perform detailed analyses, and provide fresh insights to inform decision-making.Dashboard Development: Partner with the data and reporting teams to design and build a comprehensive people dashboard. This dashboard will visualize the defined metrics and support People Team Leaders in making data-driven decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with team members across all aspects of the People Team to ensure that the metrics and dashboard align with overall business goals.Regular Updates: Participate in weekly touch bases with the Chief People Officer.Qualifications:
Rising senior at an undergraduate college or university or graduate student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and proficiency in Excel.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.#LI-JW1
