We are currently seeking an experienced People Business Partner who will be a strategic advisor to help align business objectives with people-related solutions. They will work with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and expertise on people-related matters. They will provide support and feedback to client groups and consults with leaders at all levels in areas of talent strategy, performance management training and coaching, team member engagement programs, organizational development and change management.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Collaborate with executives and department heads to understand business goals and challenges. Design and implement strategies that align workforce planning, talent management, and organizational goals. Advise on change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth. Analyze current and future talent needs to ensure the right workforce is in place to meet business demands. Ensure people strategies reinforce the organization's core values and desired culture. Support the development of succession planning strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for critical roles. Collaborate with business leaders to assess workforce needs, support talent planning, and assist with recruitment strategies. Partner with Learning & Development teams to deliver training programs that support employee skill-building and professional development.
To be successful, you should possess:
5+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on talent management and business partnering. Deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. Ability to understand business objectives and develop aligned people strategies. Strong knowledge of industry trends and how they impact workforce planning. Experience with Oracle HCM or other HCM system Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights that support decision-making. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders. BA/BS degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience using people analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and their impact on business performance. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address organizational challenges.
