People Business Partner Ukraine and Romania, CHC

Job Overview:
As the P&C Strategy and Support Lead, you will be responsible for delivering P&C strategy and support for all Commercial Operations, Business Partnering functions, and global/regional above-country teams based in Ukraine and Romania. Your role will be crucial in translating the business strategy of these countries into a clear and appealing people agenda, while also supporting talent development, organizational culture, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

P&C Strategy:

Translate the business strategy into a clear and engaging people agenda for both the Commercial affiliate and other functions.Work closely with business leaders and regional teams, creating strategic partnerships to implement P&C initiatives.Actively contribute to the deployment of global P&C initiatives within Ukraine and Romania.Drive organizational culture, fostering a Challenger Mindset and a consumer-centric approach.Manage the Nexus team in Romania and support the newly implemented BPO model.

Talent Management and Organizational Development:

Lead local talent identification and succession planning within CHC and beyond, promoting cross-BU and function mobility with a Sanofi group approach.Support the development of critical competencies and coordinate change initiatives, focusing on cultural transformation, leadership, and management.Assist with organizational changes and ensure compliance with local regulations.Foster proactive collaboration with the P&C community to ensure consistency across the region.

Culture and Change Management:

Drive and promote a thriving organizational culture that supports employee engagement and development.Lead change initiatives to ensure the organization is well-prepared for future challenges.

Requirements:

Experience in People & Culture management roles within international organizations.Strong capabilities in strategic consulting, talent management, and organizational change.Proven track record in working with business leaders and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Knowledge of local HR regulations in Ukraine and Romania is preferred.
