Your Key Responsibilities

 

Supporting employee growth by advising and guiding on personal development Conducting staff interviews to provide career direction Analyzing current skill gaps in coordination with relevant Product Owners and development teams Examining strategic trends, essential qualifications, and succession planning to ensure the availability of necessary skills both short and long term, considering capacity and location needs Establishing, communicating, and monitoring the achievement of goals for each individual and the team as a whole Supporting development teams in building a "T-shaped" skill set, determining which skills to develop internally and which to source externally, based on area-specific options Improving team performance and learning ability by removing obstacles and facilitating effective solutions Planning and controlling personnel costs Monitoring employee time accounts, managing work schedules, ensuring accurate reporting of hours, and supporting vacation and absence planning Hiring new employees in coordination with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Dev Team Making informed salary decisions based on team feedback Representing the team in labor law matters Supporting a smooth transition process for new employees Providing necessary documentation and supporting quality audits to maintain high standards Overseeing capacity management to enhance overall performance Supporting Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent Performing tasks as instructed by the manager that align with the role or arise from operational needs

Your Qualifications

 

Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in IT, human resources management or comparable professional experience Several years of practical experience in personnel management / human resources Demonstrated leadership experience in management or leadership roles, showing the ability to lead teams and projects Experience in IT environment would be an asset Experience with managing and facilitating change within an organization Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders Experience in developing and introducing shared service organizations or similar structures Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization Fluent business English German (nice to have)
