The People Coordinator will gain experience a variety of different People/HR areas over a three-year period. Essential Job Duties:
Drive impact in several fascinating and diverse People/HR areas. Throughout three to four assignments lasting approximately 9 to 12 months each, you’ll build your knowledge and capabilities in multiple areas. Note, this is a customized program, so there is significant flexibility in this approach depending on the team member and business circumstance. Possible areas include: People Analytics and Engagement, Benefits, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, Benefits/Leave Management, and People Consulting Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote WelbeHealth’s values, team culture, and mission Contribute to a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events and development workshops, with a focus on career accelerationJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant professional experience may be substituted Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience working in a professional workplace, with experience working in People, Finance, or Operational functions preferred Above all, propensity for learning agility – you are an energetic, proactive self-starter who has genuine curiosity to learn about the People function Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as comfort with data Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, meet deadlines, and provide excellent serviceBenefits of Working at WelbeHealth: Apply your expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand.
