PEOPLE & CULTURE AGILE PARTNER MANAGER
Position Purpose:
P&C Agile, Strategy & Portfolio governance team is focusing on integrating whole P&C community around P&C strategy, driving AI and innovation in the function, enabling Agile ways of working in the Company and delivery of strategic global projects in P&C Function.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Agile Manager will be supporting one of the strategic areas (P&C Portfolio & Strategy, AI and Innovation, Agile Ways of Working) as well as driving global P&C projects e.g. supporting RRP capabilities advancement, implementing reviewed Talent Management Ecosystem, launching AI solutions and helping wider P&C community to stretch for the future. First exciting project ahead is driving the implementation and adoption of Agile Ways of Working at the company level, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Project Management
Lead and manage global P&C projects, from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, focusing on Talent Management and driving business performance. Drive the implementation and adoption of Agile Ways of Working at the company level, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in current processes and proposing solutions.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
• Experience: You have proven experience as a manager and are passionate about developing your career in the P&C function. While specific P&C expertise is not mandatory, a strong candidate will demonstrate cross-functional experience and capabilities.
