Job Summary 

The People & Culture Business Partner is the partner leader to Regional Operations Directors in the field within an assigned area. You will provide comprehensive HR support in talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, employment law/compliance, and learning and development. You are the strategic business partner in implementing, administering, and designing best practices and programs to support business growth. 

Responsibilities Provide tactical guidance and input regarding HR strategiesVisit centers within assigned area of support, building trusting and consultative relationships Assists and monitors retention metrics, developing strategic plans to help minimize turnover.  Identifies key markets to focus in for retention and provide different level tactics that meet market needsLead and support strategy training in areas of fundamental leadership.  Thinks through important training opportunities to elevate current leadership strengths.  Communicates market needs Supports leadership selection in talent acquisition, including support of onboarding and ongoing guidance in the HR spaceHandle various employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, train and develop teams to maintain important documentation for recordkeeping and compliance purposes Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, supporting in a quick pace, changing environment supporting operations. Healthcare experience preferred.Employee Relations advisor and problem solver experience at least 2-3 years.Talent leadership experience – succession planning, performance management, recognition programs and strategic developmentCoach – consultant and collaborative leadership support to our operational functions including front line teammatesMulti-site or multi-state experience with remote working relationshipsTraining experience in facilitating and ongoing coaching/mentoring
