What you'll do
As a People & Culture Business Partner PMO of the newly established People & Culture Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market, you are supporting the People & Culture Business Partner Lead for Go-to-Market in driving cross-functional strategic and transformative initiatives for the execution of SAP’s people agenda across the Go-to-Market Board areas.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting all aspects of People & Culture strategic programs and projects including concept development, planning, status updates, coordination with key stakeholders and overseeing on budget, on time and successful execution. Contributing to key deliverables and monitoring key performance measures. Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships, serving as a consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all GTM business areas. Supporting the steering and hands-on coordination of stakeholders within Customer Success and Customer Services and Delivery. Collaborating extensively across the worldwide P&C network to create impact for our business. Engaging with internal clients/business to deeply understand the business needs for successful transformation.
What you bring
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment. Ability to support large and manage small/midsize projects effectively within highly complex structures and in a virtual and global environment. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex topics and business requirements in a simple manner. Project management and consulting experience in the context of strategic business transformation are highly desired. High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data. High customer-orientation and strong consulting skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and integrative working style. Very good communication and presentation skills (English/German verbal & written).

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100,000 - 216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
